Elegance Theme Pack

The primary goal of this design was to create a theme that separated Moodle's static content (such as lists, menus, etc.) from the more dynamic content (messages, news, etc.). The secondary goal was to see how many corners we could curve without breaking into the Moodle core. We're quite happy with how it turned out.
