Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. When in doubt, please ask.
NewSchool Learning grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the themes sold through this site (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "licence").
You may use each individual theme on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. If you would like to purchase additional site licenses, they are available for only $19.95 per additional installation.
You can make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from NewSchool Learning.
You may not sub-license, or transfer this license to anyone else without the prior written consent of NewSchool Learning.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of NewSchool Learning. In particular, you agree to have a discrete link to NewSchoolLearning.com on your theme/website. If you wish to remove this link for whatever reason, you must purchase a Domain Rebrand License for $44.95.
The products on this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of our inability to use our products.
Since the products we sell are non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all documentation, and tried out the demo. We will only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the product has been purchased.
THIS LICENSE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF INDIANA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.
NewSchool Learning reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
