Premium Themes
What support is available for your themes?
This depends on what theme you are referring:
- We offer ongoing free support for core Moodle themes through the Moodle Tracker.
- We offer no official support for free themes that are given away in the Moodle Themes database. However, we recommend posting your issues with these free themes to the Moodle Themes forum to make us aware of the problem. We’re confident that someone there (perhaps even one of us) will be able to help you solve your problem.
- For our Premium and Custom Themes, we offer one full year of support against bugs on the current Moodle version. For example, if you purchased the theme for 1.9, we’ll support it right through 1.9.19 if it ever makes it that far. To receive support, tell us about your problem.
