How does your payment process work? When will I get my themes?
We employ two payment processing systems for our two main categories of business:
Premium Themes: For our Premium Themes, we use a javascript shopping cart solution provided by E-junkie.com. While browsing our themes, simply add them to your cart. When finished shopping, checkout using either Paypal or directly by credit card. Once payment is received, your files will be made instantly available. Your download link will also be emailed to the address you provided during checkout and will remain active for up to 72 hours. After that, you can contact us to reactivate your link.
Custom Themes: For Custom Themes, we use an online invoicing and payment processing service called Freshbooks. Once we have an idea of the work you’d like us to do, we will invoice you for a partial down payment to begin the work. Payments for custom work can be made by check, credit card, or Paypal. Once your final payment has been made, we will personally deliver your files.
