Premium Themes
Can I install your Moodle themes on more than one site?
As long as all of the sites you’re installing the theme on belong to you, you’re free to use them as many times as you need. Since this answer will undoubtedly raise more questions, here are some examples:
These are acceptable
- If you work for a school or district, you can use our designs on any Moodle installation owned by your school or district.
- If you work for a business, or are a business owner, you can use our designs on any Moodle installation owned by you or your business. This, of course, excludes cases where your business involves Moodle services provided to schools, organizations, or other businesses.
These are not acceptable
- If you purchased a theme and your brother-in-law, friend, online chat buddy, forum mate, or other acquaintance would like a copy of the theme, you cannot share our design with them. Please ask them to purchase their own license.
- If your business involves working with Moodle for your clients, you cannot purchase one copy of a theme to use for all of your clients. You will need to purchase a new theme for every client that uses the theme. If you think this would result in purchasing a lot of licenses, contact us and we can work something out.
- If you are a hosting company, the above applies to you as well. You cannot use our themes as part of your hosting services (shared or otherwise) without our permission.
