I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still purchase your themes?
Yes. We use Paypal as our payment processor, but this does not mean that you need a Paypal account to make payment. Paypal accepts any major credit card and e-checks without the need of a membership.

Paypal sucks. Is there any other way that I can make payment?
Unless you want to send us a check or money order, there is no other way that we can take payment.

Can I make payments over the phone?
Not at this time. We have no way of processing credit card transactions on our end. For now, you will have to use Paypal. If you are having difficulty, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly help troubleshoot whatever problems you're having.

Why can't I add more than one theme to my cart at the same time?
The items that you add to your cart are saved in a cookie on your machine, so you have to have cookies enabled in order to have your selections save properly. Also, since the cookies are sent from our cart hosting company (e-junkie.com), you will need to allow cookies from third party sites. Let us know if you're having any serious trouble with this.
