Przemek,

Sorry I didn't catch this sooner. Thanks for the feedback.

This new theme, Vitality, which is just about done now uses the same compromise you mention. Fixed-width front page; fluid-width course pages. The reason for this is to accommodate an image in the header of the front page, yet allow for maximum screen real estate in the course pages.

All and all, the themes coming out of here in the near future will probably use this model or be completely fluid-width.

One suggestion I have is that you try to create the themes in such a way that it's easy to turn them into fluid-width (if they are not fluid to start with). I know you prefer fixed-width themes (I'm guessing that's because of the predictability of layout), but in the case of moodle, fluid-width is often desirable, because it maximises the workspace.

I think what you did recently with Convertible is a nice compromise - the home page is in fixed-width, while all the other pages are fluid-width.

Keep up the good work :-)

Thanks Jesse,

I have lightened the links in the sidebar; they were a bit too dark.

The white bar was a design decision I made early on. I've tried a pitch black variant with little success. I'll try other colors, but think it's there to stay.

Thanks for the feedback.

I think the gray color in the right side panel doesnt mesh well with the background.

Also I personally dont like the big white part you have near the top of the page - maybe change the colors there too.

Other than that looks GREAT much better than the old plain site.

Hai, i have a moodle web site, which was customized by our client. Now we need to change the design of some pages such that they match the requirement specified by the client. For that purpose, can you mention what and where do i need to make the changes ?
Note that the client has used a different style for each page, not of the original moodle.

You can refer to the index page of the site:
http://ks35021.kimsufi.com/moodle

Can you please suggest me where to change the code to get our own index page ?
